2002- Paradise Chef Dual

Frank produced a three-part pilot project at Restaurant Row titled “Paradise Chef Dual”. As in “Iron Chef”, local chefs competed for best dishes created by using a secret ingredient selected, in this case, by renowned chef Alan Wong. The show featured head chefs from Merriman’s, Padovani’s, Sansei’s Seafood and Sushi, 3660 on the Rise, to compete for the best dish.
